Key Responsibilities:

Solicit a minimum of 10 client quotes per week and 40 per month through lead generating opportunities.
Meet the monthly requirement of 8.5 written policies.
Regularly update and maintain the Lead Generation Matrix on a weekly basis.

Once a quote is requested, you will contact the client to conduct a needs analysis and offer professional advice.

You are expected to sign up at least 5 active lead referral agents.

A comprehensive weekly report must be submitted, outlining leads, quotes, sales, source of leads, average premium, total premium, and any other relevant information as required.

Stay informed about product comparisons with competitor offerings.

Keep up-to-date with changes and enhancements in MI products.

Maintain compliance with all insurance regulations, standards, and professional guidelines and ethics.

Ensure you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide specialist advice across relevant business areas.

Promote a professional image by adhering to the required dress code.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
