Description
Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in HR
- 23 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Skills development, Recruitment and termination, and Reporting
Responsibilities:
- Keep record of all training and development initiatives
- Manage skills development programmes in respect of service providers, payments, scheduling and coordination
- Liaise with leadership providers reporting and other initiatives
- BBBEE reporting provide inputs to BBBEE verification company
- Onboarding and offboarding employees on JIRA
- Draft leavers and joiners report
- Organise and update HR SharePoint
