Candidate must be able to lead a Team, strong in the Kitchen with overseeing the operations and the preparation time of the meals going out.

Presentation and plating of the meals. This will be a live in position on the property walking distance from work.

Need menu developing skills and computer literate as they will be dealing with some admin duties as well. Dealing with Rosters of the Team, Stock orders, stock takes daily and monthly. Must have good communication skills and must be willing to work flexible hours.
