Minimum Requirements

6 years of experience in IT system administration roles
Indepth knowledge and experience with VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
Strong proficiency in managing Active Directory, including user and group management, group policies, and DNS/DHCP
Handson experience with Azure cloud services and resources, including Azure AD, VMs, storage, and networking.
Proficiency in deploying and managing Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and task automation.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Resposibilites

Manage and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMWare and Hyper-V, ensuring optimal performance and availability of virtual machines.
Administer Active Directory services, including user management, Windows Servers, group policies, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell and other directoryrelated tasks.
Deploy, configure, and manage cloud services and resources in Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades and patches to ensure system stability and security.
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical systems and data.
Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support various projects and initiatives.
Provide technical support and guidance to endusers and other IT staff as needed.
Maintain accurate configuration information (CMDB)
Perform regular system health checks
Configure and maintain systems maintenance plans
Perform preventative systems maintenance tasks
Perform system upgrades as required from time to time
Manage projects, upgrades and implementations from time to time.
