Minimum Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in IT system administration roles
  • Indepth knowledge and experience with VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in managing Active Directory, including user and group management, group policies, and DNS/DHCP
  • Handson experience with Azure cloud services and resources, including Azure AD, VMs, storage, and networking.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and task automation.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Resposibilites

  • Manage and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMWare and Hyper-V, ensuring optimal performance and availability of virtual machines.
  • Administer Active Directory services, including user management, Windows Servers, group policies, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell and other directoryrelated tasks.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage cloud services and resources in Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades and patches to ensure system stability and security.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical systems and data.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to endusers and other IT staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate configuration information (CMDB)
  • Perform regular system health checks
  • Configure and maintain systems maintenance plans
  • Perform preventative systems maintenance tasks
  • Perform system upgrades as required from time to time
  • Manage projects, upgrades and implementations from time to time.
