Restaurant Manager assist the General Manager in running a Brauhaus store with a focus on operational efficiency and maximizing profit.

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):
Food and Beverage knowledge - Level 1 barista and beverage training in all areas.

Full menu knowledge.

Basic skills to manage a kitchen, including an ability to read a recipe, pre-service preparation and cooking.

Able to manage the ordering process, including daily bread, cake, fruit & veg, as well as all bar and kitchen orders.

Will also be able to oversee and execute Monday and Thursday orders.

Knowledge of stock quality.

A good working relationship with Bootlegger suppliers.

Basic GAAP knowledge, including capturing invoices, pulling management overview reports, daily stock-takes and daily cash-up procedures.

Staff - Ability to roster staff and ensure punctuality. - Improvise when short staffed.

Ability to motivate waiters/ waitresses. Service

Knowledge of the company's history and ethos.

Recognise the importance of customer satisfaction.

Requirements: - 2 years previous experience in a restaurant environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Basic math skills Enthusiastic Team Player and Committed to customer satisfaction Possess a strong work ethic


Salary:
R11, R13,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)


Experience:

• Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
