We urgently seek to employ a Grade B/A Site Supervisor to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the security officers.
Assign duties and tasks to security personnel, ensuring all shifts are adequately covered.
Oversee daytoday security operations at the site, ensure the OB book and the security officers timesheet is signed and accurate at all times.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address security risks or breaches.
Ensure all security protocols and procedures are followed.
Respond to security incidents, emergencies, escorting and vehicle recovery.
Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Maintain an incident log and ensure accurate documentation of all securityrelated activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations to senior management or clients.
Address securityrelated concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 1
Valid Driver's license
At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in the Security Sector.

Registered with PSIRA

Grade B or A valid PSIRA certificate.
SAPS competency certificate (NOT PFTC statement of results)
Good command of English language.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willing to work irregular hours (shifts) and overtime.
In good health and physical stature.
Sober habits.
Fully compliant in Firearm training and laws

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the security team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction.
Strong problemsolving skills to address and resolve security incidents.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including patrolling and responding to incidents.
Prior experience in security and relevant certifications or training.
High level of attention to detail to identify security risks and ensure accurate documentation.

Salary:
R 9000

Working hours:

Monday to Sunday 06:00 18:00/18:00 06:00
