    We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrative Assistant to contribute to our efficient operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support for smooth office operations.
    • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally.
    • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize office events.
    • Maintain filing systems and assist with data entry and record-keeping.
    • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
    • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Office Administration is a plus.
    • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
    • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
