    Job Title/Position: L&D Admin Officer

    Number of Positions: 1

    Function and Business Unit: Infrastructure - L&D

    Description of the Role and Purpose of the Job:

    The Learning and Development (L&D) Admin Officer plays a crucial role in supporting operational projects and courses within the L&D function. The purpose of this role is multifaceted, including:

    • To provide project admin support for the deployment of courses in collaboration with L&D Content Leads.
    • To co-facilitate or produce content as an admin officer.
    • To assist the L&D Operations Lead and Project Specialist with operational projects, policies, processes, and Learning Management System (LMS) management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Providing end-to-end project management support for course deployment, encompassing tasks from sending out calls for nominations to financial charge-outs.
    • Managing training queries, diaries, and training delegates using both Microsoft and GLMS systems.
    • Supporting the project specialist or chair in Development and Assessment Centres.
    • Managing service providers by assisting the project specialist.

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
