MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The purpose of the job is to co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for installations and projects, control of company assets and liaising with internal departments regarding Procurement reconciliation and capacity planning.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procurement
- Quotations/ Requests/ Tracking orders
- Reporting with Finance Department (invoicing requests /queries/Delivery trackers/account allocations)
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors for installations/ maintenance work
- SLA management both internal and external
- Stock Control
- IT Storeroom
- Up to date inventory and weekly stock take
- Management of business Cell contracts (Vodacom & MTN)
- Waste Disposal Management
- Reporting
- Laptop Inventory and Asset Management
- Printer Maintenance and Repair
- Project Coordination
- Documentation (Processes and Systems)
- Snipe IT
- Asset Management/repairs/tagging/asset assignments
- Capacity Management coordination for the Sales floor
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Matric
- Must have at least 2 years' experience within an IT department in a similar role
- Project coordination (Internal and External)
- 3rd party vendor management
- An understanding of the IT Processes (Procurement, SLA, approval, and Escalation)
- Strong Administration skills
- SLA Management (Internal and External)
- Documentation (Processes and Systems)
- IT Procurement Process
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Software
Preferable:
- A+ and N+ qualification
