English Teacher - Eastern Cape, South Africa - Step Ahead Primary School

Description

This is an Independent, Christian based school, not a public school. The individual must have at least 3 years of teaching experience and knowledge of the education system. The individual must possess strong disciplinary and class management skills.
This is a post for Senior phase, specifically grades 7-9.


The criteria is as follows:

• Teach English Home Language and Social Sciences (must be Home Language)
• Have Knowledge of CAPS
• Have Experience in teaching various grades within the phase
• Have SACE/SAQA permits
• Be knowledgeable and experience in ICT integrated teaching and learning
• Be Involvement in sports, music or any other cocurricular activity (as an advantage)
• Be prepared to work under pressure
• Be a good team player, with good interpersonal skills
• Be able to work under minimum supervision be an Independent person
• Possess Christian values as the school is Christian based.
