Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent management skills, and be able to work effectively with internal and external teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

1. Refrigeration Trade Test- Red Seal or NQF 6 Airconditioning
2. Matric
3. Drivers License
4. 3-5 years as HVAC technician / Supervisor
5. Strong technical knowledge
6. Familiar with all systems and different products

Duties:

Maintenance Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HVAC installations and maintenance throughout the portfolio. This includes supervision of internal and external teams, assisting with on-site fault finding, preparing maintenance schedules and registers of all assets, liaising with tenants on breakdowns, and completing adjudication costs for approval.

5. Liaising with tenants on breakdowns.
6. Completing adjudication costs for approval.
7. Ability to work with the appointed engineer.
8. To complete small designs, with the use of different systems. Also, to be able to spec the correct systems and devices with accurate calculations.
9. Traveling to each building within the portfolio, completing assessments and reports on the systems.
10. Ensure the service providers' service level agreements are managed according to the terms and conditions that were agreed on.

Customer Service Management

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, including liaising with tenants and resolving building maintenance queries timeously, general management of tenant-landlord relationships, and building a good relationship with contractors.

Risk Management

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant Acts and control, manage, and govern the processes and systems within the area of accountability to ensure compliance and minimize business risk.

Package & Remuneration

R20 000 - R25 000 per month
