    Description
    Leadership and team management: Lead a team of sales associates, customer service reps, and support staff. Set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide guidance. Increase productivity by implementing employee training, effective budgeting, and eliminating inefficiencies.

    Operational excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and maintenance. Ensure efficient store layout and product displays. Identify and manage strategic risks and opportunities. Ensure compliance with company and industry policies.

    Administration: Complete weekly reports, attend and manage morning meetings, and complete payroll functions.

    Customer experience: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience. Handle escalated customer concerns and feedback.

    Sales and business development: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Identify market trends and customer preferences to introduce new products and promotions.

    Staff training and development: Provide ongoing training to staff on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and industry trends. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

    Budgeting and financial management: Manage the branch budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation. Analyze financial reports and data to make informed decisions.

    Health and safety compliance: Ensure the branch operates in compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Community engagement: Act as a local ambassador for the brand, participating in community events and initiatives.

    Additional responsibilities may be assigned to support the smooth running of the Company. Retail hours apply.
