A repuatable law firm in Johannesburg is seeking for an IT Support Technician on Contract with more than 2-3 years experience in IT Support
- end user support to join their team for a period of 6 months.

The individual must be skilled and experienced as follows:

  • 3 years Enduser or IT Support experience
  • Experience in providing firstline primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals.
  • Experience in resolving queries or technical issues on Microsoft Office 36
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and repairs of computer systems and peripheral equipment
  • Expertise in: Microsoft Azure and Cloud Microsoft 36
  • Qualifications: Diploma: Information Security Management Systems or Certification (ISMS), Microsoft Desktop Support Administrator Certification, MCSE
  • Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, ITIL Practitioner certification

Job Type:

Salary:
R200, R240,000.00 per year
