    Sales Consultant - Core-Consultants-Pty

    The Sales Consultant will be the face of our brand, providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest Apple technology and services.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Showcase cutting-edge Apple products and services to meet customer needs.
    2. Proactively engage customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored solutions.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations and exceed store targets.
    4. Maintain exceptional customer service standards and foster positive customer relationships.
    5. Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    2. At least 3 years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably in electronics.
    3. Managerial experience is advantageous.
    4. Proficiency in POS systems, Syspro, and iOS is beneficial.
    5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities.
    6. Strong understanding of retail operations and practices, including stock management principles.
