    Business Opportunity at Browns Jewellers

    We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will drive business insights, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key findings and metrics to stakeholders.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis and modelling to support business initiatives, such as pricing strategies, inventory optimization, and marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail initiatives and projects, identifying areas for refinement and optimization.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury/retail analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes and capabilities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Informatics or Computer Science.
    • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Excel, and statistical software.
    • Knowledge of SQL, SSMS, and SSRS for report writing.
    • SDLC experience.
    • Experience with data visualization tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
