Description
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager for a rapidly expanding workshop and recon centre.

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient output of the workshop which services and repairs all major brands.

You will need to lead, mentor, and manage staff, handle budgets, management reports and other relevant duties.

Our client is looking for someone with a solid management background in franchised dealerships who understands their systems as procedures with working knowledge of dealership DMS (Drive, Autoline or similar) and preferably a technical background.

Job Requirements
Must have at least 3 years of Service/Workshop Management experience in a franchised dealership.

Working knowledge of Drive, Autoline or similar.

A technical background is preferable.

Multi-brand knowledge/experience is highly beneficial.

Excellent leadership skills.

A stable work history.

Reliable and contactable references.

Qualifications
A valid Drivers License

A technical background is preferable (Motor Technician)

Prefered Skills
3 years of Service/Workshop Management experience in a franchised dealership.

Working knowledge of Drive, Autoline or similar.

Multi-brand knowledge/experience is highly beneficial.

Excellent leadership skills.
