Recruitment Company based in Durbanville in need of a Sales / Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

Primary responsibilities including but not limited to:
Coldcalling

Servicing existing clients

Sourcing new clients

Interviewing

Reference checking

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:_

Matric

Minimum of - 2 years recruitment experience or wanting to make a sales industry change to recruitment, training will be provided.

Desired experience and Requirements Skills:_

Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills

Excellent communication in English & Afrikaans - both written and verbal

Have the ability to work independently

Have experience with the full recruitment function

Be aware of industry trends

Have good networking skills

Have excellent people skills

Basic salary and high commission on offer
