PURPOSE OF POSITION

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draw Investments and Risk quotes.
  • Submit new business and manage all related processes.
  • Manage existing business queries - and keep advisor and client updated.
  • Work closely with Advice Consultants/Para-planners to draw and collate information required for AnnualReview files.
  • Work closely with Advice Consultants/Para-planners to draw and collate information required for FNAs.
  • Manage Financial Advisors diary.
  • Ensure all compliance documents are received and stored.
  • Perform general administration duties on all product lines offered to clients.
  • Liaise with product providers (call center agents, consultants and marketing support), clients and suppliers in the execution of your duties.
  • Assist in preparing for quarterly and annual compliance audits.

Office administration:

work closely with the Operations Officer to ensure that the office is suitable for optimal functioning.

  • Assist with all marketing initiatives.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & MS Teams)
  • Taking initiative

  • Own transport (access to reliable transport to and from Century City - Cape Town)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Good computer literacy
Minimum 5 years experience as a Service Consultant in the Financial
Planning Industry.
Experience in use of X-Plan or other industry related tool would be an
advantage/
