Our Operations team leverages our PPI (Practical Process Improvement Business System) to manufacture and produce these products and continuously improve productivity and quality all while contributing to our Mission - to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

Working closely with the Material Handling team to perform physical material handling duties within a busy warehouse. You will be responsible coordinate all warehouse activities and to provide a safe and compliant environment.

Your duties will include accurate and efficient receipting; storing; picking & packing of internal and external customer orders to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring orders are shipped with accuracy.

High focus on picking accuracy and query resolution. In this position, you will have the ability to provide a high standard service to customers. We encourage critical problem solving to eliminate supply chain errors to make sure we can fulfill the customer's request to meet and exceed their expectations


Your Responsibilities:


  • You will ensure correct storage of all products in warehouse
  • Lead the material handling team and coordinate all warehouse activities
  • Perform monthly stock counts as per standard operating procedures, conduct stock variance, investigations and query resolution.
  • Ensure accurate fulfilment of customer orders as per picking list; delivery note and invoice
  • Document fridge/freezer temperatures twice daily and report deviations to management
  • Check the physical shipments, review temperature loggers and pack away once in transit data approved, book stock into system.
  • Ensure all returns documented and approved by management to put away into warehouse
  • Filing of picking lists; delivery notes; invoices and waybills
  • Weekly monitoring of delivery tracking, follow up with courier for POD's, scan and update teams
  • Report stock issues to Material handling team immediately
  • We work collaboratively and efficiently with coworkers to achieve team, department and company key performance indicators
  • Ensure accurate picking and maintaining FIFO system.
  • Warehouse Consumable management and replenishment.
  • Align with Quality Management System
  • Align with Environmental Health & Safety
  • Ensure Practices good housekeeping and keeps inventory neat, clean, and orderly
  • Appropriately handle and dispose of company waste

Job Requirements:


  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:201
  • A Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain or Inventory control
  • Good communication and social skills
  • You will have 2+ years practical experience inbound, outbound logistics and inventory management

Skills and Attributes:


  • Computer Skills (Outlook; Word; Excel, SAP)
  • Organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Customer complaints resolution and followup
  • Knowledge of warehouse & logistics and customer care to fulfil customer orders
