We are seeking to employ Call Centre Agents to assist the American customers with their accounts / billings queries.

Knowledge and Experience:


  • 12 month call centre experience in Accounts, Billings, Invoicing etc
  • Ability to work night shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Clear criminal record
  • South African citizen

Details of the role

  • You are required to work 4 days a week, 12 hour shifts (3 days off)
  • Ability to work night shift, weekends, public holidays etc
