    We are seeking an IT Support Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Cape Town.

    You will be responsible for providing top-notch support for IT hardware, software, and services to our South African employees.

    You will assist with remote support for users in the same time zone and handle occasional after-hours maintenance activities.

    What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred.
    • Two or more years of experience with emphasis on IT Service Desk support in both large and small environments.
    • International business and financial/investment services industry experience is desirable.
    • Configuration and support of Microsoft desktop operating systems.
    • Configuration and support of end user devices, laptops, monitors, mobiles, etc.
    • Intermediate understanding of Office 365, OneDrive, and Intune.
    • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft server operating systems.
    • Intermediate understanding of Active Directory and user management.
    • Basic Linux administration skills.
    • Solid experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, etc.), client VPNs, Windows firewall, Antivirus, Bitlocker and conferencing software (Zoom, WebEx, etc.).
    • Experience imaging and deploying laptops in an enterprise environment.
    • Strong administration and troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience with basic networking and level one troubleshooting (ping, tracert, telnet, etc.).
    • Experience with basic Linux system administration.
    • Experience with basic AWS administration and user management.
    • Understanding the basic concepts of Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Incident Response.
    • Good self-discipline with the ability to work autonomously.
