- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred.
- Two or more years of experience with emphasis on IT Service Desk support in both large and small environments.
- International business and financial/investment services industry experience is desirable.
- Configuration and support of Microsoft desktop operating systems.
- Configuration and support of end user devices, laptops, monitors, mobiles, etc.
- Intermediate understanding of Office 365, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft server operating systems.
- Intermediate understanding of Active Directory and user management.
- Basic Linux administration skills.
- Solid experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, etc.), client VPNs, Windows firewall, Antivirus, Bitlocker and conferencing software (Zoom, WebEx, etc.).
- Experience imaging and deploying laptops in an enterprise environment.
- Strong administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with basic networking and level one troubleshooting (ping, tracert, telnet, etc.).
- Experience with basic Linux system administration.
- Experience with basic AWS administration and user management.
- Understanding the basic concepts of Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Incident Response.
- Good self-discipline with the ability to work autonomously.
