Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our in-house team at our Sandton office on a commission-only basis.
This role involves assisting platform-generated and independently sourced clients with:
• Buying and selling of residential or commercial property
• Leasing and rental transactions
• Conducting property viewings
• Managing client consultations and negotiations
• Advising on current market conditions
• Preparing and facilitating contracts and required documentation
• Converting platform enquiries into closed transactions
• Building long-term client relationships
Agents will operate within the company's internal listing and advertising ecosystem, with marketing and promotional activities handled centrally by the company.

Compensation & Structure
• Agent retains 90% Commission on all successfully concluded transactions
• Commission-Only Position (No Basic Salary)
• Monthly Agent Desk Fee Applicable
• Company-Managed Marketing & Advertising Provided
• Access to platform-generated buyer and tenant enquiries

Minimum Qualifications
• Valid Real Estate License (Fidelity Fund Certificate) is required
• Experience in property sales and/or leasing
• Knowledge of the South African real estate market
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of local property legislation and compliance
• Self-driven and performance-oriented
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a high-performance environment**
