    Your Key Focus Areas:

    About Your Background:

    • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with expertise in process optimization and system implementation.
    • Minimum of two years of experience as a manager with direct report responsibilities.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Proven track record of leading and developing team members.
    • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar ATS platforms.
    • Strong project management skills and experience leading remote teams.
    • Ability to articulate how to use data to monitor recruiting performance.
    • Skilled at negotiating compensation packages.
    • Detailed-oriented and proficient in creating accurate and professional job advertisements, offers, and other deliverables.
    • Passionate about employer branding and recruitment innovation.
    • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and talent acquisition technologies.
    • Addition responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and growth.
