Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Supervisory/management experience
• Steel industry experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Sigmanest
• Technically inclined individual

Duties:

• Manage a team of approximately 10-15 staff members, requiring prior experience in team management
• Utilize a stable and mature mindset to effectively handle everyday challenges
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase revenue
