    The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing third-level approvals for withdrawal payments, as well as accurately loading manual payments onto various banking platforms.

    You Bring:

    • A minimum of 12 months' experience within a financial (Banking/Insurance/Transactional) environment.
    • 1 year of experience within a Contact Centre.

    A Plus to Have:

    • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

    What You'll Achieve:

    1. Accurately process withdrawals to customer accounts after successful compliance checks using designated platforms.
    2. Investigate and escalate bank-related issues or discrepancies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders until completion.
    3. Prepare payment batches as received by withdrawals and accurately capture them onto relevant banking systems for manual processing.
    4. Process withdrawal requests from branches, ensuring adherence to prescribed withdrawals checklists and all relevant reporting.
    5. Monitor Withdrawals App/SQL reports every 5 minutes to ensure failures/rejections are escalated timely and disabling/enabling of relevant automated systems where necessary.
    6. Submit daily reports on rejection and withdrawal statistics.
    7. Effectively resolve valid payment requests within minimal delays, providing regular updates to the management team every 2 hours, with exceptions highlighted.
    8. Maintain good customer service principles in interactions with customers and internal team members/departments/branches, ensuring optimal turnaround times for account queries.
    9. Achieve Quality Assurance targets and implement interventions to increase quality where shortfalls occur.
    10. Perform ad-hoc functions as required due to operational demands.
