  • Maintaining and monitoring overall programme, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Identify, analyse and manage IM integration requirements / opportunities.
  • Accurately track and report progress to the Senior stakeholders.
  • PMO governance on site which includes tailoring of projects.

  • Book all travel required including managing cost recovery.
  • Creation of new projects in Empower portfolio management tool.
  • Maintain project documentation as required.
  • Book vehicles for project team when required.
  • Arrange team building activities when required.
  • Order PPE when required.
  • Create Cognibox tasks for contractors.
  • Assist with Contractor onboarding.
