The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Customer and Technical Support Intern to join our team in Cape Town for a paid 3-month internship.
This is a hands-on role that will give you real-world experience in a fast-moving SaaS environment at the heart of the eCommerce industry.
You will work directly with live clients, cutting-edge integrations, and real operational systems — not just theory.If you are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and the future of eCommerce in South Africa, this role offers incredible exposure and growth.
What You'll Be Doing- Assisting customers with technical queries related to our eCommerce and courier integrations
- Troubleshooting platform, shipping, and integration-related issues
- Supporting WooCommerce, Shopify, other eCommerce platforms and multi-courier workflows
- Analysing customer needs, logistical problems and helping implement effective solutions
- Providing excellent customer support to ensure a smooth user experience
- Contributing to the reliability and efficiency of a growing SaaS platform
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support mindset
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- A passion for technology, SaaS, and eCommerce
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer support experience is a bonus, but not required
- Candidates currently studying toward (part-time/online) or showing a keen interest in IT, Data Science, Logistics, or Business are strongly encouraged to apply
