    Description

    Support Desk Manager Role

    This role is responsible for managing a team of technical and functional training consultants. The Support Desk Manager will ensure the team is equipped with the necessary software, services, and processes through ongoing training sessions and documentation.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • To ensure that the Support Desk team has a good understanding of software management including MS packages (email, teams, word, excel), windows operating systems and configuration of software programs.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Maintain clearly defined SLA's with partners and yearly review working relations between Support Desk support and its stakeholders.
    • Liaise with partners to discuss problems raise issues look for better ways to work together deliver strategy clients
    • Take responsibility regular communication with partners discuss problems raise issues improve relationships
