    Description

    Qualifications

    • Relevant qualification in Design related field (UI/UX, Graphic, Interaction).
    • 2 + years of work experience in software product UI design.
    • Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, etc;
    • Have a good user interface visual design concept and comprehensive understanding of web, APP, and client related
      designs, and understand the concepts of UI/UE and interaction design.
    • Have excellent experience in designing user interface interactions/visuals related to web products and websites.
    • Proficient in communicating with product. requirements and development, with good innovation ability, high execution
      ability, and stress resistance. Strong initiative and team spirit, promoting the final implementation of interface
      and interaction design.
    • Have a certain understanding of web front-end technology.
    • Excellent English communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
    • Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
    • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback and user testing.
    • Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces.
    • Choose and create color schemes, typography, and iconography.
    • Design and optimize user journeys and interactions.
    • Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all touchpoints.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
    • Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively.
    • Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI elements.
    • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
    • Iterate on designs based on user testing results.
    • Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems.
    • Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and devices.
