    Senior Human Resources Consultant | HR-Business Partner | IT & Non-IT Recruiter

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Consultant to provide technical guidance and support in complex projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity through code reviews, quality assurance processes, and performance optimization.
    • Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, and implement best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
    • Ensure process compliance in assigned modules and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and prepare status reports to minimize exposure and closure of escalations.
