Key Performance Area:


  • Keeping track of trends and common questions and informing management timeously
  • Deciding when to escalate a query
  • Following up to ensure all queries are sufficiently resolved
  • Be willing to go beyond expectations to ensure students are satisfied
  • Assess the situation and make decision on answering or escalating the queries
  • Manage student queries and resolutions by following up and ensuring escalated tickets are resolved
  • Assist with general academic administration duties when required
  • Assist with general quality requests when required

Minimum Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • Demonstrate an above average ability to understand and learn technology
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work under high pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Wellspoken with broad vocabulary
  • Ability to assess a situation to determine the severity of a problem and escalate when required
  • Excellent communication skills
