Key Performance Area:
- Keeping track of trends and common questions and informing management timeously
- Deciding when to escalate a query
- Following up to ensure all queries are sufficiently resolved
- Be willing to go beyond expectations to ensure students are satisfied
- Assess the situation and make decision on answering or escalating the queries
- Manage student queries and resolutions by following up and ensuring escalated tickets are resolved
- Assist with general academic administration duties when required
- Assist with general quality requests when required
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 1
- Demonstrate an above average ability to understand and learn technology
- Strong business acumen and ability to work under high pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Wellspoken with broad vocabulary
- Ability to assess a situation to determine the severity of a problem and escalate when required
- Excellent communication skills
