We are looking for an experienced UiPath Lead to help spearhead our expanding business by building and developing a brand new UiPath capability.

Working closely with internal stakeholders in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a UiPath offering to take to market.

This is a pivotal role in building a team of UiPath resources around you and leading the development and execution of our UiPath automation projects.

Including South Africa, you will work closely with teams located in US and Europe as well to deliver projects that delight our customers in those regions.

Your expertise in UiPath technologies and strong business acumen will be instrumental in delivering innovative, scalable, and user-friendly automation solutions and drive efficiency and value for our organization.

Requirements:

Responsible for meticulously evaluating the latest UiPath features and functionalities to discern their potential impact on existing clients, optimize delivery team education, and devise effective gotomarket strategies.
Collaborate with customers to comprehend process requirements and convert them into functional specifications and highlevel designs, in partnership with the UiPath development team.
Partner with developers to ensure the scalability of designed solutions and to address security and regulatory requirements.
Enforce adherence to best practices among developers, including coding standards, naming conventions, testing practices, design, bot performance, and quality.
Responsible for coordinating with security teams for designing and implementing security measures to protect RPA solutions from unauthorized access, data theft, and other security threats
Manage and schedule customer meetings to evaluate the opportunities pipeline, priorities, assessments, and more.
Able to act as a technical lead and project manage UiPath engagements across various clients.
Identify and resolve any problems or issues that may hinder a successful automation deployment.
Supervise the development team to ensure they have the necessary resources, training, and access to fulfilling customer demands.
Participate in meetings and discussions regarding proposals for both new and existing clients, supporting the proposal and presentation documentation.
Provide essential support during the process discovery and documentation phases.
Assist the Client COE Team in managing the automation programs by providing guidance and support.
Ensure customers have all necessary documentation and training to sustain and manage the RPA environment and automation going forward.
Assist customers in creating and maintaining effective process flow and documentation to manage the environment.

Competencies

6+ years of experience implementing UIPath solutions
4+ years of demonstrated experience architecting RPA or Intelligent Automation solutions.
Demonstrates interpersonal skills related to leadership, teamwork, communication, problemsolving, flexibility/adaptability and dependability
Project Manager / Mentor. Leads and delegates to others. Focuses on process creation and improvement. Collaborates across the company.
Good understanding of databases and SQL to implement solutions that require automation interacting with Databases
Expertise in process discovery and familiarity with process modeling tools like BPMN is an advantage.
Knowledge of analytics and AI techniques and tools like machine learning, and natural language processing as it relates to Intelligent automation solutions.
Experience in implementing solutions using Intelligent Document Processing.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and VirtualBox so as to validate the configuration of virtual machines for RPA implementation.
Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements related to RPA solutions. Ability to design solutions that comply with data protection regulations.
Experience with Agile development methodology and should be able to work with Agile teams to deliver RPA solutions on time and within budget.
Experience in process reengineering and optimization to identify areas of process improvement and to design automation solutions that optimize the process flow.
Experience in implementing processes that require humans in the loop.
Knowledge of security concepts related to server environments such as access control, permissions, and auditing. Ability to configure security settings to protect RPA solutions from unauthorized access.
Knowledge of industryspecific processes to design effective RPA solutions that meet industryspecific requirements would be useful
