MFC Salaried Financial Advisor (Recruitment Pool)

This role provides expert advice on a range of financial products to allocated customers, with individual accountability for achieving results through personal effort.

Formal training, regulatory exams, accreditation, and continuous professional development are essential components of this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial advice based on customer resources and goals, ensuring positive financial outcomes and asset protection.
• Deliver proactive, on-demand financial services and advice to assigned customers.
• maintain superior service delivery through effective time management and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• G12 (Matric) certificate
• FAIS compliance
• RE5 an advantage
• valid Driver's licence and own car
• clear criminal and credit check
• minimum 3 years working experience (sales preferred)
• proven computer literacy (MS Office suite)
• excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
