Description
Procurement of all of our inventory and equipment.

  • Maintain default stock levels across the full spectrum of our inventory and equipment.
  • Ensure the safety and security of our premises, inventory, equipment and fleet.
  • Understanding the workflows of the business in relation to stock requirements, planning for projects both long term and shortterm requirements.
  • Stock Control, the A-Z of stock management, include technicians boot stock, onsite stock, returns, tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining weekly reports and costing, delegation of stock and equipment to technical teams.
  • Health & Safety: familiarity with health and safety processes and regulations
  • Facilities/Fleet responsibilities include weekly checks of each vehicle assigned to technical teams or general staff, assessing, and maintaining vehicle condition and making sure all repairs and services are completed correctly where required.
  • Ultimately, you will increase profitability and effectiveness by maintaining optimal stock levels at all times whilst making sure that all company vehicles are in 100% working order.
Minimum requirements in order to be considered for the role:

  • Logistics qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within the logistics industry
  • Understanding / exposure of the ISP/Telecoms/ IT Industry
  • Working hours: 7am 5pm Mon
  • Fri after hours will be required.
  • Valid Drivers license and own car
  • Forklift license
  • Computer literate (MS Word and Excel a must)
  • Confident individual that is able to work unsupervised.
  • Attention to detail and excellent administration skills
  • H&S Certification (advantageous)
  • First Aid (advantageous
