    Job Title: Customer Value Management Specialist- SME Segment, Relationship Banking

    We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Value Management Specialist for the SME Segment in Relationship Banking. This role will be responsible for developing and executing segment-specific Client Value Propositions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Strategy and Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain client value propositions for specific segments and subsegments.
    • Data & Information gathering and research: Identify internal data sources, establish information channels, and obtain pertinent data to inform customer intelligence.
    • Analysis and Insights: Analyze and interpret internal landscapes to provide integrated views of customers and inform CVPs.
    • Segment Research: Identify research needs and support implementation of primary research on the segment market.
    • Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Development: Leverage insights to identify CVP development requirements and establish development initiatives.
    • Business Enablement: Establish relationships with key stakeholders to identify cross-functional business growth opportunities.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
