Job Advert Summary:
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 1
- Inventory, Warehouse experience (minimum of 4 years experience).
- Microsoft Office experience essential.
- SAP ERP.
- K53 drivers license.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- 4 years experience in a supervisory capacity, in a unionised environment.
- Be able to operate an overhead crane and a forklift (competency certifocates required).
Primary Duties:
- Oversee the supply and distribution of all material.
- Maintaining accurate records of Inventory material movements.
- Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Creating and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Section management of day to day activities ( Reports, staff briefyng ext)
- Supervise Subordinate activities
- Monitor safety of the workplace in compliance with the OHS Act.
- Completing of timesheets and leave Management Subordinates
Knowledge:
- Computerised material ( SAP )handling environment.
- Good understanding of the technical aspects of the station
Skills:
- Figure/numerical orientation.
