Key Responsibilities

End-to-end permanent placement recruitment processes, handling clients and candidates with precision and ensuring timely delivery that exceeds expectations.
Fostering long-term relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and sourcing the best staff for their organization.
Employing recruitment methods to attract and evaluate candidates, verifying information, and interviewing them to present to clients.
Negotiating employment offers.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques and matching.
Sound judgment, excellent work ethics, and strong integrity.
Well-organized, with a sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure.
Highly client-centric, with exceptional communication and negotiating skills.
An exceptional eye for detail and accuracy, an inquiring mind, and a thorough approach to assessing information.
Valid driver's license and own transport.
