This role is responsible for managing the financial performance of a structured solutions reinsurance portfolio. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Structured Solutions and collaborate with regional teams to identify and implement improvements in financial and risk management processes.

• Manage the portfolio's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Closely monitor the in-force reinsurance portfolio, ensuring infrastructure meets evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate has Fellowship of a recognised Actuarial Society qualification, at least 10 years' experience in life insurance or related fields, strong technical skills in accounting and actuarial concepts, plus detailed knowledge of Life & Health insurance markets in South Africa.
