    Description

    Business Development Manager Role

    This role is focused on generating and engaging business partners to drive new business growth for the company.

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, who can think critically and execute strategies effectively.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Onboard new clients by signing Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Preferred Suppliers Lists (PSL), enabling Indsafri to perform business/project transactions.
    • Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients, driving successful contract negotiations or business deals.
    • Support directors in various initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Research target markets, developing growth strategies and plans to increase the client base.
    • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs, informing business development decisions.
    • Negotiate with stakeholders to secure agreements and partnerships.
    • Report on successes and areas needing improvement, providing actionable insights.
    • Maintain expertise in business products and value proposition.
    • Pursue leads through the sales cycle, fostering strong relationships with clients and prospects.
    • Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those objectives.
    • Provide management support for new business pipeline development, collaborating with directors.
    • Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively throughout the organization, establishing credibility as an effective problem-solver.
    • Evaluate performance metrics, including revenue, cost, and productivity, identifying opportunities for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience in business development or recruitment, ideally within banking or financial services.
    • At least 9 years of industry-related business development experience.
