Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:


  • End to end processing of company payrolls
  • ESS administration and support
  • Premier HR administration and support
  • Liaising with Management and staff on payroll related matters
  • Assisting with payroll reporting and recons
  • Support and assist with ad hoc HR related responsibilities
  • Training of new employees
  • Managing of all databases relating to Sage 300 People
  • Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations
  • Preparing a financial budget for employees and comparing actuals to budget


  • Grade 1

  • Computer literacy (All Microsoft packages
  • Intermediate / Advanced Level),
  • Sage 300 People / ESS and Premier HR Experience is essential,
  • 5 or more years of payroll experience,
  • Ability to travel nationally,
  • Own transport,
  • Confident personality with excellent presentation and people skills,
  • Strong English writing skills and be well spoken
