An exciting opportunity exist for a seasoned Debt Collector


Key responsibilities include:

  • Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
  • Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines.
  • Handle questions or complaints
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Minimum requirements are:

  • Matric certificate
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role is required.

Salary:
R6,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rosebank, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Debt collection: 2 years (preferred)
