    About the Role

    Marsh is seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office.

    Job Description

    The selected candidate will provide Claims Advocacy services to Marsh clients, handling complex COID claims and advising on significant or problematic claims across various industry sectors.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Capture information accurately from documents onto internal and COID systems.
    • Ensure timely capturing and registration of claims, determining legitimacy after reviewing documentation.
    • Communicate effectively with the commissioner and clients to obtain required information.
    • Verify all documentation for completeness and accuracy.
    • Update systems promptly with new information received.
    • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Provide timely feedback to clients regarding their claims.
    • Ensure submitted documents are acceptable for payment.
    • Submit documentation to COID in a timely manner and follow up on all submissions.
    • Maintain relationships and gather information by visiting COID offices regularly.
    • Provide clients with reports on claim progress.
    • Capture payment confirmations and forward proof of payment to clients.
    • Assist with assessment queries from ROE submission to generating LOGS, ensuring accuracy.

    Requirements

    • Completed Secondary Education.
    • Previous COID claims experience is advantageous.

    Preferred Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft.
    • Strong report writing skills.
    • Good presentation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and multitask between various clients.
    • Capability to form sound judgments and conclusions, defending them.
    • Experience in claim handling and dispute resolution.
    • Detailed understanding of the claims process and market procedures.
    • Strong time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
    • Administrative skills and effective typing skills.
    • Own transport.
