Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to drive product feature enhancements, prioritizing design and user experience.
  • Oversee the design and development of responsive websites, optimizing for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Drive the integration of multilanguage support into products, enhancing accessibility across diverse markets.
  • Utilize Figma to create and iterate on product designs, collaborating closely with designers and developers for implementation.
  • Manage the lifecycle of SaaS products, including planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, leveraging data to drive enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Product Design or related field with emphasis on creativity, visual aesthetics, and color theory.

  • Proven experience in designing and managing data dashboards and responsive websites.

Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with a portfolio showcasing design capabilities.

Experience in managing SaaS products and familiarity with mobile app development.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with collaborative teamwork.

Soft Skills Requirements:

  • Studio and design affinity with a focus on creating visually compelling designs.
  • Patient, polite, and easygoing demeanor.
  • Responsible and accountable for tasks and outcomes.
  • Problem solver with a flexible mindset and a belief that "impossible is just an opinion."
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
