    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate all processes for critical inbound shipment receipts, outbound shipment dispatch, and returns.
    • Assist in leading a team of staff and be responsible for managing their day-to-day tasks to ensure all activities are fulfilled accurately in compliance with quality procedures and standards.
    • Collect data and prepare important metric reports, contribute to the company's performance monitoring, and put forward ideas on how improved efficiency can be achieved.
    • Work with warehouse staff and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
    • Develop cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
    • Arrange collection and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
    • Maintain documents by Standard Operation Procedures and local legislation.
    • Participate in SOP initiation to reflect the operation's needs.
    • Perform other related logistics department duties as assigned.
    • Support all operational functions related to our clients.
    • Report for stock movement and availability at the warehouse.
    • Lead in inventory management activities, including stock counts.

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Diploma in a relevant field advantageous
    • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment
    • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably experience as a WMS super user
    • Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment preferred
    • Prior experience in coordinating with shipping carriers and managing inbound/outbound shipments
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a warehouse environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse setting, meeting tight deadlines
    • Adaptability to learn and become proficient in the company's specific WMS quickly
    • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space
    • Team player mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support fellow team members
    • People management and leadership skills
