We are currently looking for a driven
Sales Ac
count
Graduate.

  • You will initiate, plan and achieve Haleon's ambition of becoming one of the most innovative, best performing and trusted Consumer Healthcare Companies in South and Southern Africa.
  • You will plan, direct and coordinate all strategic and marketing activities of their respective brand/ brands, in order to achieve consumption growth, sales, profit and marketing objectives.
  • You will be responsible for the development/management of market penetration strategies for the consumer market.
  • You will cultivate the knowledge of key customers and competitors.
  • You will identify brand growth opportunities.
  • You will interact closely with sales force to make sure to understand and implement Product Marketing plan.
  • You will market the organisation's products.
  • You will design, develop and implement communication programs to advertise the organisation's products using media (TV, radio, print, direct mail, digital), events, and sales promotions.
  • You will also develop and evaluate pricing strategies and structures.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon
be?

  • Support account management team and implement sales strategies to achieve & exceed corporate sales objectives.
  • Grow our brands ahead of the categories we compete in.
  • Execution and tracking of mutually agreed annual Customer Joint Business Plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance through market shares data.
  • Own specific action plan projects to correct areas of weakness and capitalize on areas of opportunity.
  • Identify opportunities leveraging data insight which will have a positive effect on the region and the company.
  • Use all available data to maximize sales within each area.
  • Indepth knowledge of products.
  • Understand and abide by Haleon policies and procedures.
