    Job Profile:

    Job Title: Branch Manager

    DURATION: 12-Month Contract

    Job Grade: D2 Minimum Midpoint

    Salary: R 710 998 - R 836 468

    No. of Incumbents: 01

    Main Purpose of the Job:

    To manage Seda branch operations, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services to small enterprises and co-operatives, aligning with Seda strategy and policies.

    Key Performance Areas:

    1. Manage Branch Operations
    2. Manage Branch Infrastructure
    3. Manage Stakeholder Relations within the Branch
    4. Manage Human Resources within the Branch
    5. Manage Financial and Risk within the Branch

    Required Minimum Education:

    1. Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor's Degree or BTech (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering
    2. Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) will be an added advantage

    Inherent Job Requirement:

    1. A valid South African driver's licence

    Required Work Experience:

    1. 6-8 years working experience, with 3 – 5 years in a management/business advisory position
    2. Experience in dealing with SMMEs
    3. Experience in interacting with stakeholders
    4. Operations Management Experience
