    Agricultural Technical Manager (Diesel Mechanic + CASE + Mechanization)

    This position is responsible for leading and managing workshops across various locations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving continuous improvement.

    • Lead CLIENT workshop teams to achieve outstanding results
    • Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders on various products and services
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
    • Mentor and train apprentices to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Manage claims related to products sold, including PIP
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with quality, service, policies, and procedures
    • Ensure accurate payment of mechanics based on their hourly rate and hours worked
    • Monitor and report on the financial performance of workshops, develop budgets, and manage deviations
    • Stay up-to-date with new technology and trends in the agricultural industry through continuous training and professional development
