Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and securing new business opportunities with corporates, unions, churches, and individual clients.
• Sourcing new brokers and maintaining relationships.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships in all business levels.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of long-term insurance or employee benefits products, as well as knowledge of underwriting processes.
