Pezula Nature Retreat is inviting you to join our extraordinary team as a Night Receptionist, offering you the chance to be an integral part of our hospitality symphony. At Village N Life, we don't just welcome guests; we create immersive experiences. As a Receptionist, you will be at the forefront of our guest interactions, ensuring that every encounter is a harmonious blend of warmth and efficiency. Your role goes beyond being the first point of contact; you will be the storyteller, guiding guests through a seamless journey from check-in to cherished memories.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Hospitality diploma / experience
• Working knowledge of Opera
• Computer literate
• Familiar with the duties and procedures of the Front Office Department

Main duties:

• Checking in and checking out of guests on Opera
• Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed
• Foreign exchange
• Relief switchboard and night audit when necessary
• Perform clerical duties as required
• Relay and Route written messages
• Receive, store, and deliver luggage and mail
• Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.
