Our client in the retail industry is looking for an experienced butchery manager for their store to run small butchery section

Must have at least 2 years Butchery Management or Supervisory experience within a Butchery or would also consider an experienced Blockman.
Must be able to do proform block test costing, stock takes and orders.
Must be dynamic and willing to learn new things.
